Jasmine Skog is a dance artist based in Umeå, northern sweden
I grew up in Jokkmokk, the north of Sweden and graduated from Framnäs Folkhögskola and Danscenters professional dance education in Stockholm, where I also received a scholarship.
My work includes dance productions, screendance, and live performances, shaped by encounters with people, landscapes, and memories.
As both a dancer and a self-producing choreographer, I create projects that explore the intersections of dance, storytelling, and everyday life. My artistic practice is marked by a curiosity for the forest and a continuous exploration of how movement, narrative, and place can meet and transform one another.
